It goes without saying that long before it became mainstream, DENSO already had a system of individual goal and objective setting with 6 month and 12 month reviews to identify any coaching or training requirements. A large amount of training is available in-house, but if there’s a requirement for external training DENSO will support you not only financially, but also if you need extra time.

Of course all new employees will embark on a thorough induction training, giving them an insight into DENSO’s culture and history. The induction will also provide the first opportunity to meet all of the contacts within the company who will help you to function efficiently in your job.
