We are currently recruiting for our European Management Programme - an intensive programme aimed at developing Management talent for our Manufacturing plants around Europe.
European Management Programme - Manufacturing
For those who make it through the intensive recruitment rounds, 18 months of multi-disciplined blended learning will follow. An individual Development and Rotation Plan will be formed based on individual requirements. This would typically include multi-discipline project based learning at various DENSO Manufacturing Plants around Europe, coaching and feedback, formal training, and a period at our Head Office in Japan.
