DENSO has a pan European programme in place to identify young hi-potential talent early on. DENSO’s future relies on keeping this talent in the company and ensuring that it’s developed as effectively as possible. Our Regional Acceleration Programme for Individual Development (RAPID) does just this.

In addition to the normal training opportunities you would expect on such a programme, each of our young talent employees are matched to a mentor, a senior Manager from DENSO, specially trained to handle this role (see picture right).  In this way experienced DENSO managers are partly responsible for sharing their DENSO expertise and ensuring that the young employee receives the exposure and coaching that they require.

So far the skills of these talented associates selected during the initial business simulations has astounded those present. DENSO’s future is in good hands!
