Where can I purchase spare parts for my DENSO navigation system? I don’t want to replace the whole unit.
DENSO is primarily an OE (Original Equipment) supplier, jointly developing and supplying products directly to car manufacturers for factory fitting. Navigation systems are an OE item. In such cases the agreement DENSO has is that the manufacturer takes responsibility for replacement parts for the vehicle and it’s individual components. DENSO doesn’t sell directly to the public and therefore we don’t have the resources in place to deal effectively with end consumers. You should therefore visit your local authorised car dealer for replacement parts. Unfortunately DENSO has no control over the pricing of such parts in these instances.
